Directors
Dan Fitzpatrick
Dan Fitzpatrick is an Investment Director in Dexus’ Infrastructure business, responsible for origination of new investment opportunities and asset management of the existing investments, including Australia Pacific Airports Corporation (APAC), Port Hedland International Airport and Reliance Rail.
Prior to joining AMP Capital (now Dexus), Dan worked at Melbourne Airport and North Queensland Airports in senior roles within strategy and corporate finance teams. Dan’s earlier career was focused on assisting clients with investment evaluation, preparing forecasts and transactions advice across infrastructure, property and industrials at EY and Deloitte.
Dan holds a Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Commerce and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management. He is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and was previously a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
Martyn Jackson
Martyn Jackson was appointed a director of Reliance Rail in June 2009. Mr Jackson has a long involvement in PPP's having overseen the construction and transition into full operational service of a number of Australian projects. He is currently on the board of the Gold Coast Rapid Transit PPP as well as a number of social infrastructure PPP's.
Dr. Warren Mundy
Warren was appointed to the board in April 2026 and has over 35 years experience in infrastructure finance, operations, regulation and policy. He is currently a member of the Queensland Competition Authority, chairs the Sydney Airport Demand Management Scheme Compliance Committee and serves on the boards of Icon Water and First Nations Advocates Against Family Violence. Warren is a Senior Advisor to Dexus Infrastructure and the Australian Property Institute.
Warren was a Commissioner at the Australian Productivity Commission from 2009 to 2015 and has served on the boards of Airservices Australia, Vicforests, Transgrid and the Sydney Desalination Plant.
Campbell Twist
Campbell was appointed a director of Reliance Rail in January 2026. Campbell has degrees in engineering and management and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He heads up Amber Infrastructure’s Asset Management team in New Zealand and has over 20 years’ experience delivering property and infrastructure projects. Over the last 10+ years, he has been providing management and governance oversight for social infrastructure PPP projects across Australia and New Zealand.
Greg Pauline
Greg was appointed to the board in April 2026 and is an experienced non-executive director and senior executive with a distinguished career leading major rail, PPPs and large-scale infrastructure programs across Australia and Asia. He has held senior leadership roles with Acciona, QUBE Holdings, Genesee & Wyoming Australia, Downer EDI, Transfield and Lend Lease, directing complex, high-value transport and energy projects in demanding commercial and regulatory environments.
Greg’s rail and PPP credentials include leading the Reliance Rail PPP from EOI through negotiation to financial close, a whole-of-life program valued at approximately $30 billion, and overseeing the introduction and recovery of the Millennium Train Fleet. He has originated and provided project leadership for multi-billion-dollar projects, including the Moorebank Logistics Park and the Central West Orana Renewable Energy Zone, and has provided leadership support for major commercial transactions, such as the A$1.14B acquisition of Grail (a Glencore asset). Greg brings deep strengths in strategy, commercial governance, risk, stakeholder engagement and the leadership of complex, multi-party delivery environments. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
Management
Lindsay Scown - Chief Executive Officer
Lindsay is an accomplished leader with over 20 years of experience in the rail industry, spanning passenger and freight operations, logistics, maintenance, and asset management. As Chief Executive Officer of Reliance Rail, he oversees Australia’s largest single fleet, delivered through a Public-Private partnership with the NSW Government.
Since joining Reliance Rail in 2017, Lindsay has played a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and safety of the Waratah fleet. In 2023, he became General Manager, where he led contract, safety, and assurance functions, working closely with key stakeholders, Sydney Trains and Downer Rail. Lindsay is a qualified electrical fitter, project manager, and certified trainer. He holds a Master of Business Administration (Executive) from AGSM @ UNSW, equipping him with the strategic expertise to drive operational excellence and innovation in the rail sector.
Under Lindsay’s leadership, Reliance Rail remains committed to delivering safe, reliable, and accessible transport solutions for Sydney’s commuters.
Louise Iida - Chief Financial Officer
Louise has 20 years of experience across a broad range of financial roles in public practice, corporate treasury and general financial management. For the last nine years, she has specialised in debt raising and refinancing in the rail and oil and gas industries.
Louise is a Chartered Accountant and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Taxation (Canada). Louise is a strong supporter of the development of green and sustainable finance markets.
David Jennings - Operations Manager
With over 20 years of experience in Operations and Asset management in the rail industry served in both Australia and the UK, David is a passionate and driven operations leader who leads with innovation and strategy. David's previous experience includes the delivery of high-quality and reliable maintenance services for customers, ensuring compliance with contract obligations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
He has held roles involving the management of multidisciplinary teams of 350+ employees across multiple sites, supporting them to achieve excellence in KPI performance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. Some of his key achievements include senior management of large PPP contracts with Downer, implementing strategic maintenance programs that increased availability, reliability, efficiency and productivity, and developing a workforce diversity and inclusion plan that enhanced our culture and capability.
